You will receive a well built shed from start to finish.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a phone call to schedule a delivery date for your install. "Weather Permitting"
If it is inclement weather, you will receive the next available install date.
Leveling blocks are provided by the customer. We can, however, bring them - An additional charge of $3.00 per block will be added to the invoice. You will only be charged for blocks used.
Buildings come unpainted
We will need to have access to a power outlet
We must have a minimum of 2' clearance around building
Buildings are custom built to your needs within the standard practices of our company
Final payment due upon completion (not inspection)
