WARRANTY

We will stand behind our buildings for (2) two full years. Upon painting and caulking or sealing your building, we will honor your warranty for an additional (3) three more years. Pictures of your painted building must be mailed to our main office within 90 days from your build date. Materials and workmanship not up to our standards as seen in comparison with our models on display is covered in our warranty. This warranty covers all sidings used on our preferred series.
Acts of God, abuse, or vandalism do not fall under the terms of this warranty.
Photos will not be returned and become the property of Quality Buildings Unlimited.

You will receive a certificate validating your 5 year warranty.
Please allow up to 60 days to receive your certificate.

You will receive a 5 year warranty on materials and workmanship upon completion of your buildings. We cover the vinyl and the poly trim for 5 years upon completion. Receipt of your paid invoice will validate your warranty.

Just wanted to thank everyone at Quality Buildings for installing a Quality Barn for us. I must say that the crew that came out were extremely Professional and courteous but most of all they built this shed in just 1 day. I was amazed.
